Right of Withdrawal

1. Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Austrian Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG).
2. How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending an unambiguous statement to support@ivttv.com within the 14-day period. Please include your account email address and the date of purchase. You may use the following model statement: 'I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the IVTTV streaming service, ordered on [date], account email [email address].'
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
4. Exception for Digital Content
In accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive and Section 18(1) item 11 of the Austrian FAGG, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered not on a tangible medium if you have given prior express consent to begin performance during the withdrawal period AND acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so. When you click Play or Download on any content during your 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal for that content.
